This compact medicine cabinet is a must-have for small spaces, especially for renters. Many older apartments lack medicine cabinets, so this extra storage solution is incredibly helpful. The cabinet is sturdy and won’t move around once it’s properly installed.

Patience when assembling. Instructions are pretty clear for the most partI couldn’t attach to the wall bc of the baseboard. It looks good and gives me extra cabinet space.

It arrived well packaged and undamaged by shipping. The box was labeled as Veikous, so it's the same item as "VEIKOUS Bamboo Over The Toilet Storage Cabinet, Bathroom Space Saver, Over The Toilet Rack with Adjustable Shelf, Natural Color."In my opinion, the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow (slightly better than Ikea and definitely better than most no brand flat pack furniture).Unfortunately, they cheaped out on the hardware and the hex screws had imperfections in the hex slot, so the hex key doesn't insert all the way in. This isn't an issue when you're initially driving the screw in, but once you get towards the end and need to torque it more, the hex key tends to cam out.If you're a perfectionist, the door alignment may bother you (see first photo). Even with the doors aligned, the center handle hole and the slats of the left and right doors don't align properly. It's likely just a quality control issue and your unit might not have the same problem. The handle edge isn't symmetrical (one side is 8.5" and the other is 8.75"), so one door was probably flipped the wrong way when they drilled the holes for the metal washers (seen in the second picture). The alignment could be fixed if you flipped one of the doors inside out, but then you'd need to drill new holes for the washers and you'd have ugly holes on the outside of the door.Lastly, the bottom of the cross brace is 4" off the ground and the top of the cross brace is 5" off the ground.Summary: it's a nice unit with some quality control issues. Assembly is made little frustrating by cheap hardware. It could be a little better for the price or cheaper for the quality control issues.

First of all, this product came well packaged with all the parts and instructions. You don't find that all the time. Secondly, it took approximately 30 minutes to put together. Every hole was correct, every piece was labeled and fit the way it was supposed to and the instructions were very easy to follow which made assembly a breeze. Now for why I titled my review the way I did. I did not use this in my bathroom. I have a small, weirdly laid out kitchen which doesn't provide a lot of storage space. My small fridge sits on a diy pedestal to raise it up a bit (I'm tall-ish). I wanted something next to the fridge so it didn't look odd sitting on the pedestal but something that was also functional. I looked at a lot of over the john storage things because I wanted something with storage where I could put the dog's food and water bowl underneath and out of the way. This unit was reasonably priced and looked nice with the paneled doors. I tweaked the unit by adding an additional shelf just above the dog's bowls. You do what ya gotta when you have limited space. This unit at 7 and 1/2" deep fit perfectly between the side of the fridge and my doorwall and the dog's things fit quite well underneath. In conclusion, this is a beautifully, well built, sturdy unit that fit my needs perfectly. I would highly recommend if you need storage over the john or creatively somewhere else.

This took me about an hour to assemble by myself with periodically pausing to answer work emails. All the parts were individually bagged and labeled, and the instructions were crystal clear. I did miss the installation of one back piece, but it was an oversight on my part. I like the unit, it fits a narrow water closet well and adds a good amount of storage. I will say it was shorter than I expected (still space to lift the tank cover though) and it's not super sturdy. They give you pieces to mount it to the wall, but because of our baseboard, it wouldn't work. I maybe could have figured it out, but since it's in the master bathroom and I don't have to worry about kids knocking it around, it's fine as is. Solid purchase for the money.

I already had a bathroom organizer I liked, but moved to a new place and the toilet was too tall for it (and work arounds weren't working). So I got this one, thinking it would be the same type of furniture. NOT AT ALL! This was a much lighter weight type of wood...not like particle board/pressed wood that is so heavy and clunky. I was surprised at how nice the quality felt...very smooth, no rough edges or anything. Very easy to put together and it all worked the first time. I'm very pleasantly surprised with this purchase...i hope this is the new generation of "cheap wood" for everyday furniture. Much better quality.
