I ignored previous reviews that warned about how small it is. Believe me… they’re SMALL!!! The pouch is more suitable for a vagina. The overall size was so small, it dug into my pelvic mound in order for the straps to reach my shoulders. Not very flattering. I’m not fat either. Plus… it’s a thong. I don’t feel right returning it after it was in my crack.

I’m not sure how the model in the image was able to fit his junk into the pouch. I was popping out of the sides of the crotch area and not in a good way. Even flaccid there was no room for me. The fabric isn’t stretchy in any capacity.Save yourself the trouble if a return and find something else that’ll fit a human adult

For comparison: I am 5’8”; 180lbs and I ordered medium, which was the recommended size.I gave it three stars because if it fit, it would have been great to wear. But, like others have said, the pouch is much too small, and I am smack dab average in the pouch department. “Bigger” guys should not even consider this at any size.Fabric is good, finish is good, design is great, just too small.
