My 2 boys along with all of their friends absolutely love this. You have the ability to hook it up to Bluetooth and box to your favorite music. Due to my medical issues I had lost a lot of strength and this has also been a very fun workout item for myself, and a way for us all to blow off some steam.

I bought this as an addition to my home gym for my son. I didn't expect that we would be fighting over it! It was so easy to install and play straight out of the package. It comes with a charger so there is no need for batteries like some other units I've seen. It is very responsive to touch (no need to punch super hard) and linking to Bluetooth was easy. The only drawback I can say is that you can't mute the noises it makes when you fail to hit the target on time and that sound can be heard over the music you have playing, however, it's not enough to hinder momentum. Would definitely recommend!

I love it a lot and it’s super useful to use to get my frustration out. My only complaint is that no where in the instructions does it say how to turn off the sound affects when u hit it. It plays over my music and it’s louder than it should be, if anyone knows how to turn that off but also have the music still playing please help. The item also perfectly sticks to any surface and has 2 options when it comes to that. Very sturdy and worth the money. Easy to connect to my phone to play my playlists and easy to understand how to connect. The gloves are high quality and easy to put on. The punch pads also can be hit with no gloves because they are somewhat soft. The gloves don’t move much around your hands when worn which is great. Awesome product overall and would purchase again if it ever breaks. So far, the product hasn’t had any mess ups or technical difficulties. If you’re looking for something to punch but don’t have enough money for those huge punching bags like me, buy this. I used this all night and it was great. I did mute the whole thing though because the noises it made when I punched it agitated me because it was as loud as my music so it ruined the point. Though overall that’s the only part I disliked about this and it’s great. Highly recommend this. Thanks for reading and help with the sound affects would be nice, thanks.

Bought this for a friend who wanted to increase her activity levels. She’s enjoyed it greatly. It was easy to install and enjoys the “workouts.” She says it’s the most fun she’s ever had getting active!

We've bought this boxing machine in December and decided to wait a few months before we'd rate it. It turned out to be a fun and entertaining workout routine. This box is sturdy, easy to install and holding up well even against the meanest punches 👊. I personally love the adjustable speed levels. We highly recommend it for everyone who's looking for an exercise that's rhythmic and paced to suit their own stamina/energy level. It's been helpful to lose some weight already and to tone my arms. It's a great value for your money, thus, solid 5 stars from me and my family.

This is a gift for my dad. He used to love boxing when he was young, but now that he’s older, he can’t train at such high intensity anymore. This can meet his entertainment and exercise needs. I was initially worried that it would require downloading an app and be difficult to use, but it turns out that it only needs a phone’s Bluetooth connection, which is very user-friendly for older people.
