This is very fun to use, and good for your health. It comes with some boxing gloves that even fit my large hands, so it's great. It comes with 9 different modes and speeds, so no matter your level of expertise and fitness, you will be able to have a lot of fun using this. You can use your phone's Bluetooth to put music on the machine to box by. You will have to find a place on your wall to set it up, but the setup is quite easy once you know where you want to put it. This is a lot better than having to set up a bulky punching bag.

The boxing machine is fun! It is very easy to install and everything works as expected. You could adjust the speed or sensitivity, and you could also connect your phone with bluetooth and play your favourite song while workout. When you hit the correct spot the display counter will proceed, and you will get addicted! Overall I like this product very much

It’s a gift for my son. He does more exercises every day with this boxing machine. The size is big. It has different levels of speed to choose. The music and the blue light are cool!
