Such a fun and interactive workout tool! The Bluetooth music sync and light-up targets make exercise feel like a game. It’s easy to install, and the included gloves are surprisingly good quality. Great for cardio, stress relief, or family fun!

The 2025 upgraded Music Boxing Machine is a fun way to exercise! It combines music and punching for an engaging workout. BUT... the wall-mounting needs improvement. It tends to fall off, which is a major issue. If they can fix the mounting, it would be a fantastic toy/exercise device.

It is a little smaller than I imagined, but loads of fun! Setting it up was very easy, and the Velcro works perfectly. One thing to keep in mind is not to punch it too hard. They insulated the device against the wall, but if you hit it hard then the thumping on the wall can be heard throughout the house. Works best when you connect your own music!

Keep this in our break room - now our team has daily 15-minute power sessions. The quick-start function is perfect for short bursts. The silent mode (with headphone jack) doesn't disturb coworkers. Noticeable improvements in posture and energy levels since we started.

I got this for my boys age 9 and 5. My youngest does Jiu-jitsu and this is a wonderful workout for him all while having fun. Easy to install and use.
