My wife will tell you I own too much musical gear — guitars/basses/pedalboards/mixers/etc — and I confess I need to hold some of that “offsite” rather than having it take over my study at home. Dust covers like this are handy for protecting such gear — robust nylon to help avoid dust / scratches / even moisture. One positive point to note: Although the dimensions are listed as 12 inches x 12.5 inches, it’s actually more like 28 inches x 12.5 inches — in other words, it’s designed to be used not only on the top of the unit, but also wrapped around underneath, with the top and bottom edges joined by velcro (more like an all-encompassing “slip cover”, I would say). And that’s all to the good, because you can, if you wish, also use it as a very long (28-inch) dust cover on a much longer piece of gear! For me, that was an unexpected bonus, because I do also have a large pedalboard that needs covering.
