Height was perfect for drummer. However, packaging arrived beat up, was way too large and not carefully packed to protect the stand, and the bolt to keep the stand upright was missing. Ended up parting out a regular music stand to get the bolt that worked under the legs. Frustrating.

3タイプのマンハセットの譜面台を使ってます。こちらは、椅子に座っての演奏に適しています。立っての演奏にもある程度使えます。

Just great. I just wasn't sure about the size but it turns out perfect for my needs. So nice to get rid of the spindly old fold up stand. If you are any kind of "seated" musician this is the stand you want. No need for a taller one.

This is a great music stand that my grand daughter and I use to pick together. When picking with others it's nice to be able to view each others moves us and down the necks of the stringed instruments we play yet still be able to glance at the music at those moments when memory doesn't seem to be serving quite correctly. Good quality, a little pricey BUT I'd buy it again! I like writing GOOD reviews! Thanks, Amazon!

The stand is very light weight and easy to move around. However it does not go up for anyone to stand and use it. This is unfortunate as you can only use it in a sitting position. Disappointed !!!

重さはそれなりにありますし、携帯性も折りたたみ式のほうが優れていることは言うまでもないのですが、それでも、私はあえて折りたたみ式ではなく、この譜面台を練習会場まで持って行っています。頻繁な楽譜の差し替えや、大量の楽譜を乗せたときの安定感、書き込みのしやすさなどを考え合わせると、この譜面台の安定感は群を抜くものがあるからです。ただし、移動手段は自家用車であることが前提となりますが。折りたたみ式でない譜面台にしては、脚を最短にすればかなりコンパクトです。軽自動車でも楽に積めます。それでいて脚を最長まで伸ばすと、座奏に使うには若干高いが、立奏に使うには若干低い、というくらいの高さにはなります。その間、どの高さ、どの角度にするのも、微調整自由自在、かつ、安定感抜群です。座奏が主であるという方には、このショートバージョン、おすすめです。座奏と立奏が両方あるという方は、通常バージョンをどうぞ。通常バージョンで最短にすると、このショートバージョンの最高にしたときよりは低くなり、座奏でも十分使える高さにできます。それから、同シリーズの製品であれば、譜面台パーツはマイナスドライバー一本で簡単に交換できるので、私はA４が４枚並べられるワイドサイズの譜面台をこのショートバージョンの脚部に付け替えて使っています。携帯性と閲覧性が高レベルで両立できて◎です。この互換性の高さも、おすすめポイントの一つです。

首の部分の六角ネジが動かないので組み立てることも使用することもできません。シャフトの動きも固くて使い物になりません。梱包はすでに開けた痕跡があったので、返品された不良品をそのまま、次の購入者に送ってきたのだと思います。もちろん私も返品しましたが、アマゾンはこういうことをするのかと大変残念でした。

組立は、外さなくても良いネジを外してしまい、ちょっと失敗。でもすぐに直せました。うまく出来上がり、使い勝手は大変良いです。丈の長いのとどちらが良いか質問したところ、的確な返事をいただきました。おかげで、私がチェロを弾くのにちょうど良い高さです。また、固定感があり、譜面を乗せる幅も深く、今まで使っていた古い携帯用の譜面台とは大違いで、嬉しく思います。ありがとうございました。

I have other music stands at home. But if your kids are younger and just start learning music, this one definitely holds better and more sturdy! Most importantly, you can't go wrong with a Manhasset.
