It’s an easy gag that always works, on its own or as part of more complex attire, from Halloween to New Year and beyond, as a personal costume solution or a theme for an event.
Trim your mustache
If the hair of a mustache and beard hangs over your mouth, complicating eating and drinking, you can trim it. Use small sharp scissors, like manicure scissors. At first just cut the base material, and only then, if you see that’s not enough, cut the mustache hair itself. If you cut the hair of a mustache, it will probably lose its natural look – but who knows, maybe you’ll end up creating a new stylish form of fake mustache.
If the mustache you’ve bought has straight long hair, you can smooth it with a wide tooth comb, shape it with wet hands, and then spray on some fix hair lacquer so the product keeps its shape. You can repeat the application of lacquer whenever needed.

Double tape
For multiple uses of the same mustache and beard , you can put a strip of double-sided tape (available at any hardware store) over the used adhesive.

Do things the right way
If you want to reuse your mustache and beard , it’s important to do things right the first time you use it. Only put it on skin (without makeup) that is clean, dry and shaved. Then the 3M adhesive strip won’t get so clogged up, and if you don’t wear it for very long (an hour at most) or don’t sweat, it should adhere fine when you stick it on a second time
Use some spirit gum!
If you think the product´s hold on your face is too weak, we suggest also using spirit gum as a special adhesive, around the edges for example.Don’t forget that if you do use spirit gum, afterward you’ll need spirit gum remover to clean your skin.

I went as the bearded lady one Halloween and had the ones that hook on the ears. They were so uncomfortable.This one has an adhesive backing and stayed on the whole night for my drag themed birthday!!! It never came off. It was not itchy even after I sprayed hair glitter in it.Fyi. I have a smaller chin so this fit perfectly. Definitely recommend buying again.

Son said it was comfortable and fit well. The sides did not go to his ears but it looked great still. He took it off when he ate lunch and reapplied on his own after. Would definitely recommend!!

It works exactly for what I need! The colours are fantastic, and the quality is great. The beard is super easy to trim to your liking, as well, and the adhesive is actually very strong. I'm an adult, and I think my face is average size. Even if this product is advertised to be a kid's size, I'd say it'd fit almost anyone's face.

Just what I needed for my kid. Adhesive was not very good though,I had to use tape on his face coz it would not stay.
