Your cart is empty.The MRD175 throw bag is designed for water rescue professionals to allow for maximum throwing efficiency and ease of re-loading even with a gloved hand. The 75' rope is 3/8" in diameter, floats, and has a minimum 2000 lb. breaking strength with a nylon core and polypropylene, yellow and orange weave sheath. The MRD175 is a true 75' from knot end to knot end, making distance measuring much easier.

I think I got an older version as the bag is yellow. I would much rather have the red, but I wanted the rope for our boating trip. At least it appears new.

If you’re looking for a top quality NRS level bag, this isn’t it. I’m not even sure I want it on the boat. I expected more from Mustang…but they’ve gone the way of selling cheesy offshored low quality things too.

Overall appearance is nice. Good weight to the bag when packed. Overall Construction seems well made. Comfortable to throw in any position and certainly does not feel bulky. Purchased this for my personal gear bag. Doesn’t take up a lot of space. You shouldn’t be disappointed with this product.
