I thought the entire scalp was magnetic however it is just on spot. If you are wanting a strong magnetic hold or want a ton of paperclips to be head it is not the one for you. BUT I love it, perfect amount to hold and I keep my extras in a cup in my desk. It is my favorite part of my office

Works great. I took advice from another review and ordered a strong earth magnet at the same time. Instead of torquing of the head section I just pushed the additional magnet up through the bottom (hollow). With both magnets it effortlessly grabbed a ton of large paper clips and I had to remove a bunch.I see no reason it couldn't look like the marketing pic if I used smaller paper clips. With both magnets it's very strong.

The bust itself seems to be a shiny more solid material in the photo yet when it arrived it was matte and seemed a lower quality. The thing that got me the most annoyed was the magnet is extremely weak. If I knock into the bust on accident all of the paper clips fall immediately. The point of a paperclip holder is to actually hold onto them. The advertised photo shows a ton of paper clips clinging to the product yet now I'm wondering if they simply used glue or something to falsely advertise it. Those are my only two complaints.

The picture is misleading on the finish, color & quality. Finish- its soft plastic material with not so fine finish/rough lines n edges. Color- its off white in color, not as it seems on the box. Quality- magnet is not strong at all, try to pick one off and few will fall, it wd take a lot of effort & skill to try to stick as many clips as shown. I could not. Magnet is only on the top back part of head. If only the magnet was strong, it wd ve one significant useful feature but unfortunately not so.

Looking at the picture I thought it was a very cool product. When I received the product I was disappointed. It was smaller than I expected, the description has the correct size just the image shown is deceiving. I though oh well it still is unique right? Ugh....as soon as I put paper clips to the head they fell off! The magnet is small and very week. I finally got a few to stick, but every time I slightly bumped my desk, one or two would fall off. Also the paper clips seemed huge compared to the size of the head.Today I gave up, took all the clips off and put them in a drawer.

Cool way to keep paper clips handy! I was skeptical about ordering due to some of the reviews stating that the magnet was not strong enough but I took a chance and I'm glad I did! I put 20 paperclips on very easily and they stayed fine. It is a very interesting desk item and definitely worth the price!!!!!

The magnet inside can move. If you want more paperclips at the front of his head just tap his forehead against something. I enjoy doing hairdos when I am bored at work. Definitely a conversation piece. It is lightweight plastic and very easy to knock over. Looks like plaster.

Another whimsical piece that's perfect for storing all the paperclips that would otherwise clutter your drawers or your desktop. The magnet is strong enough to handle quite a few clips (I have about 3 dozen on mine) and its small enough that it doesn't occupy much space either.
