We bought this at our church for outdoor services during the Covid social distancing. Our experience has not been a good one. When the PA system arrived, both speakers were cracked. We contacted the manufacturer and they sent two replacements. One of the replacement speakers was cracked. Again, we contacted them and they sent a replacement. They were easy to work with.A week after it arrived, the display unit, which is necessary to use the bluetooth, sdcard and thumb drive, stopped working. Since we were not using these we did not contact them about the problem.Now the unit is 3 years old and the battery won't hold a charge, this is understandable. However, the display lights (power, charging and bad battery), all three started blinking madly about this time. Before buying a new battery, I contacted the manufacturer asking for troubleshooting help. They sent me a link to the quick start guide in round 1. I wrote back to let them know this does not cover my problem with the blinking lights and asked for a troubleshooting guide. I was told there is no such thing. I then asked if they could tell me what the blinking lights were trying to tell me and they did not know.All this said, the unit does work well. It is easy to attach the speakers and move it as a single piece. It has storage for the microphones and the speaker stands work very well. The sound quality is okay.Overall we've had good use out of them, but many problems to go with it.I really would not recommend this device.

After 3 uses one of the speakers had something drop inside of it and began sounding really "rattle-y". The company sent a replacement and I was pretty happy with their customer service. About a month later the electronics inside the central amplifier unit stopped working, which means no more bluetooth or mp3 features. A few more uses later I began to notice heavy bass distortion and a strong "hiss" in the speakers at all volumes. These are absolute crap...like a car held together with duct tape. I am quite frustrated with this purchase as it's outside the return window and I don't feel right selling them to anyone. a $699 mistake that leaves me with a bulky pa system that I can't even use.

I am absolutely in love with this PA system. It has so many features in such a small package and the sound quality is even better than I had assumed it would be when I bought it. It folds together nicely and takes up very little space when it's put away. The back side of the mixer panel comes off and there's shelving to hold mics, cables, and whatever else you need so it's really an all in one solution. II researched many different PA systems and I couldn't find a professional quality system that ran on battery power. I'm so glad I found this one. I have already used it at one wedding ceremony and will use it again for a ceremony in the woods next month where there is no power source. So the battery power feature is very important.The system gets loud. I haven't had a chance to really test the limits as I didn't want to piss my neighbors off. But I didn't need to. It gets loud enough without turning it all the way up.I love the bluetooth functionality as well. I was djayPro on my laptop and bluetoothed it to the system and it worked great. For the wedding ceremony however I made sure everything was connected with cables. The cables that came with the system have seemed to work fine but being a bit concerned about their quality for use during a wedding I bought additional pro quality cables.The wireless mics also are decent quality and seem to have great distance range. Again, I've only used it in my yard and at one wedding ceremony so I didn't really test how far away I could go but in those scenarios I had no trouble.I would buy this again, in fact I would buy another one just so I had two!

They will sell you defective and damaged merchandise then only give you half of your refund when it is returned blaming the damage on you. The seller responded back quickly and provided an almost illegible photocopy of a return slip. Had to zoom in on the barcode and do a screen shot just so the shipping place could scan. The unit arrived on time, and despite the fact that the speaker was cracked upon arrival, the unit is extremely heavy and not very portable. It is also cheap plastic manufacturing and that shows. When and If the microphones would actually work, the screeching and feedback was absolutely horrible, the wireless headset mic did not work at all. Extremely low quality and a waste of money and time. If you want a good PA system, look elsewhere. This one is probably not even worth the 275.00 they refunded me for their crappy, low quality system.

I gave 5 stars for their service and responsiveness. I initially had issues with their headset mic but after being responsive to troubleshoot the issue, we got it resolved. The product is perfect for what we need and it’s great that it’s portable. The sound quality is great for voice but like other reviews, if you want more bass in your music, you will need to add a sub.

This a fantastic unit for the money. If you are looking for big thump out of this unit you will be disappointed. However, I added a powered subwoofer and it really completes the system all around and is perfect for mobility. The microphones are decent and have great range. I was able to fill sound in a middle school gymnasium with about 300+ people and it did well. Better than my Fender unit I've used in the past.
