If you are a real welder you will hate this cap. Poor quality the band was the right size but it went all the way down over my eyes when it was on. I could barely get it off without cutting it off cause of the hard bill. Waste of money don't buy this.

size was off I wear a 7 1/18. I couldn't even get this one on my head and it says its 7 1/4.
