This items came unpacked just in nylon sleeves and were missing end caps, screws and holders and I ordered 10 just received 9!

The channel is 1/2" deep and it seems to be of good quality. The diffuser is also okay. But even with a fairly high density LED strip, the channel is not quite deep enough to be "spotless" when used with the provided diffuser. Almost! If it were 5/8" deep instead of 1/2" deep it would be perfect.
