Product did not work and had to be returned. Customer service is horrendous and after weeks of emails they are still refusing to refund my money. Avoid like the plague.

I checked al the parts when my tufting machine arrived, it seemed ok. It took me a long time to build a large tufting frame, I had to learn to stretch the canvas, then buy all the yarn. By the time I was ready to start making my rug, the machine started smoking and broke broke down. Total waste of money.

Shipping was earlier than expected. However this machine did not come with instructions, guides, or anything to help you understand the machine.I watched a few tufting gun machine videos on YouTube to understand the mechanics of a tufting gun and how to change the length of the loops (I got a loop pile version). Even tho this machine is slightly different from the tufting guns I saw in the YouTube videos, it has similar mechanics. I also watched the video on the product Q&A page on how to change the length on this particular tufting gun. The how to video wasn't as informational and not in English but I could still somewhat follow along. I played with the machine a little to change the loop length. Got a little nervous because the how to video was not super clear, and I didn't know exactly what to do. I did somehow change the loop length though. I tested it about 3 times. One time it didn't even move (I was scared I broke it), and that's because the bottom (hidden) needle was not straight in the hole. Anyway.In conclusion, hard to understand the machine, how to use it, how to change the loop length, how to care for it, etc. because there's no instructions or guides. Also one more thing: the power box (with the blue light) connected to it sometimes doesn't work so you have to angle the box or adjust the plug in the plug in wall. Once it's in a good angle it works... so it seems bad but it's not impossible to figure out. It works pretty well once you figure it out. I'm just never gonna change the loop length ever again lol.

This arrived amazingly fast, granted I paid for the express shipping, but I did not think I'd get it waaay before the earliest estimated date (a good 2 weeks early). Box was well-packaged, no damage, I haven't used it on my cloth yet, but it works as expected when plugged in.

Awful product. Broke after 3 rugs. When I turn the thing on it always runs wether I'm pressing the trigger or not. Seems to be a common problem too.

I love this tufting gun. There is a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it is amazing. It came in on time even though it didn't ship until around a week before arriving. Which normally isn't a big deal, but I ordered it a month and a half before its arrival date. Trust the arrival date given and be prepared to get wrapped up in this hobby.
