The switch works as expected, but it’s made of low-quality plastic. One noticeable quirk is that the LED lights up when the opposite side of the switch is pressed, rather than on the LED side, which feels a bit counterintuitive. Despite this oddity, the switch functions fine, and considering the price, it's hard to ask for more.

My son has a Koolatron Coca Cola Vending Fridge that had stopped working. We took it apart and figured out that the original power switch had failed. Unable to find an exact replacement, we wired one of these rocker switches is. The switch has a good feel to it and has worked reliably since.

Used as repacement switches when updating my boat. Used about 30 of them... very sad because they are failing after about 3 months. The picture is in the cabin, no exposure to sun or weather. They are bulging at the side and switch toggle will pop out. Now out the .o ey for the swith and time spent installing them

Thanks to the reviewer who posted a detailed diagram of the wiring. It's important to note that if you want to use the LED, you must wire the switch as a low-side switch. In other words the switch shorts your load to ground. So instead of running the positive power wire through the switch, you must run the negative wire from your load through the switch.Nice switches but unfortunately they are of low quality, with poor or improper materials used on the contact pads inside. I've already had my first switch fail after only a couple dozen cycles. The only electrical load on the switch was simply a relay, so at most a few milliamps. Opening the switch I can see a tiny spot on the contacts where an insignificant amount of arcing has cause the switch to no longer make contact with the ground. The contacts are not made of the right metal. There's no way in this world these switches would last more than a few cycles with 20 amp loads like the spec claims with those contact pads!I'm now looking to source some higher quality, lighted switches of a similar form factor.

They fit perfect! We were disappointed to get rid of original switches(wear and tear). These fit and they make our boat look nice!

The switches worked perfectly, they were a little bigger than I thought but they did meet their standards to be switches for some of my custom lightsabers.

These are good switches. They make a nice loud click when you turn them on. They have a red led light when there on. Dont solder use solderless connections to do the wiring. The heat could damage the switch
