I waited a few months before reviewing this to see how it would hold up. I'm impressed. It's all fake material but it doesn't feel fake. It has held up well going in and out of my briefcase. For the price it is worth it. It was one of the few places where I could fit my giant last name so props to them for that as well.

I was looking for a gift for my dad who writes a lot. I though this would be the perfect gift. The portfolio came a lot fatster than expected. I believe it only took a few days (4-5) before receiving it which I thought was amazing, given it was personalized. The quality was more or less what I expected for the price. Didn't seem too cheap but also not the best quality. The personalization was more or less the same. It was what was expected telling from the preview and the company's promotional photos. I think this is a great gift for any writer or businessperson but with practical expectations. This is NOT a luxury item so depending on the giftee, you may want to look elsewhere.

I ordered this for a friend who just received her doctorate. It came four days earlier than it reported which was wonderful! The portfolio is very durable and attractive.The monogramming is very professional. I ordered the black with silver lettering. I like that it is directly on the profolio and not on a plate because they tend to fall off. I highly recommend!
