This is a sturdy beautiful piece. I hung my prism collection and put an amethyst cluster from my rock collection in the little basket nest. I placed it by a lamp to see the sparkling crystals!

It really is pretty to look at. To be honest arranging the earring on the tree is a bit of a pain, because the leaves tilt in different directions, and you have to play with it a bit to get the earrings to hang the way you would like them, but once you figure it out, they look very nice. I just adore it because it looks so pretty. I use the basket on the side for rings and watches, and the little plate in the base for a few miscellaneous pieces like necklaces or bracelets for balance and because they look nice. You'll love it.

Bought this as a gift for my Mother-In-Law for Christmas. She loves it! Tall enough to hang her necklaces and plenty of earring holes. A "bird nest" for just tossing her jewelry in until she feels like hanging it up properly.
