Everything arrived well packaged and with all components. You will need to assemble this! Metal pieces need to be screwed into the pre-drilled holes. I did, however, need a little creativity to make mine look right. Holes drilled in the wooden bottom did not line up with the actual candle holder piece. Wood is soft, so putting the other screws in wasn’t difficult at all. And either the holes were drilled slightly crooked, or the metal piece was not manufactured quite straight - it sat at a slight angle once in place. I loosened the screws a bit and slid a dime under the metal bar on each end to help the candle holder piece sit level. The moss included wasn’t nearly enough to cover the bottom, so used some other crafting material I had on hand. The succulents have a rather sturdy stem on the bottom that would be difficult to remove, so it needs some “height” in the arrangement to stick into. As it is springtime here, I didn’t want the fall part of the decor in with it (very cute pinecone and acorn assortment included), so I set that aside to use in the fall, and instead added a few stems of silk flowers. Made for a super cute centerpiece update for my dining room table!
