For 1800 bucks you would think it would come with all the parts. Missing the accessories and the books. No hoses, no sprayer, nothing. Just the big holding unit.

Worked well when it did, good cleaning, suction, and heat. Broke down and wouldn't heat after about 12 mos. of moderate use. The shop says it can't be fixed, cheaper to just replace with different brand. Can't get ahold of anyone at manufacturer if there was a warranty? Guess not.
