Works great for the price. The only thing I was disappointed in when searching to get a second battery is the fact that it costs as much to by a second battery as what I paid for the weed trimmer! Their other tools do use the same battery which is helpful. For ten dollars more I can buy a cordless leaf blower that comes with two batteries. It doesn’t make sense that one battery costs ten dollars less than a leaf blower with two batteries. Otherwise satisfied so far. I just bought this because the one I had died.

Does it work? Yes but the battery life on 20V is far less than other 20V items I use. We already have the blower by same co that came with 2 20V batteries so I can use them too. I was shocked at how quick the battery dies. Other than battery life, it does the job. Is it for something major or long lasting? No but regular yard grass and most weeds-yes. It will even take down some larger weed types on a full charge. Single string which is fine with me. Only stopped feeding twine one time within multiple uses. I really can't complain other than battery life.

IT ASSEMBLED EASILY, BATTERY WAS AT FULL CHARGE WHEN I RECEIVED IT, REASONABLY QUITE FOR A WEED-EATER,IT CUT THE GRASS WELL, APPEARS TO HAVE GOOD POWER, IT TRIMMED THE SIDE WALKS EASILY! ONLY GRIP IS I WISH THE DIRECTION BOOK TOLD YOU WHERE TO GET REPLACEMENT STRING, AND OR COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHERS. i LIKE IT SO FAR!

For very light stuff - not work well enough to meet my needs. Also battery does not last long. Would return if could but can't because I used it once.

Was working great until the second time I used it, the cap for the spool flew off and cannot be found anywhere in my yard. Came to order a replacement part but can't get a replacement?? So I used this item twice and now it's useless? I can't figure out how to contact the seller as it seems to just send me into an Amazon AI loop (doesnt mean it's the seller's fault but still very frustrating).
