Review for: NACH Locking Mailbox, 13.9 x 3.93 x 10.6 inch, Black Mailbox with LockThis needed a spacer at the back to be able to open the top properly when installed. But after that it is a good mailbox. They should have engineered it a bit better for that, or included a bar to brace it against or something. It is good looking an is a bit different than most of them out there.As a Vine reviewer I try to provide good information. My scale:Most things will start at 4 stars.It gets that extra star only if it is outstanding.It loses stars for issues- bad sizing, poor quality.One star if is is not suitable for purpose or for gross misrepresentation.

This metal mailbox with a lock is perfect for mounting on a wall, making it suitable for office spaces. I bought the gold version, which is quite eye-catching. It's rust-resistant and can be locked to prevent mail from being lost. Installation is straightforward, requiring only two holes in the wall. Overall, it's a great choice.

I ordered this to install on the exterior of an older home. The red color was very pretty but the "vintage / rustic" affect looked more like a painting mistake. My friends kept saying it had handprints on it. I exchanged for the new bright red paint finish.

The mailbox I ordered was really attractive, even classy - just what I hoped for! But, it didn’t quite work out for us. I didn’t discover this till after the 30 day window through Amazon. So, I contacted NACH directly, and they were amazing! With apologies for my disappointment, and no questions asked, they offered to exchange it or refund me. The communication was practically immediate, very sincere, and interested in learning for improvement. What more could anyone ask?! I will definitely shop NACH again!

Solid product for the price, SUPER easy install w Tapcons, took me 5 minutes.Only feedback, was spacers we're a bit too small, don't allow fully opening of jaw at the top, but pretty minor, great stuff overall, thanks!

Looks nice but large lid only opens about halfway when mounted to wall, makes it difficult to retrieve mail.Paint on round knob at top chipped off after 2 months.
