Returned for reason stated in title. Aluminum is soft and was damaged even with a leather glove doubled in the plier jaw when attempting to remove the adapters. Doubtful they would survive removing a tight pin without deforming too much for further use.

Totally useless. Tired to use on 330cc piston, didnt even budge the pin and then was jammed on. Had to use vice grips to get it free. And they dont take returns. Go figure.

The threads on the end of the puller, where the adapters thread on (left hand thread) were rusty under the adapter. Then I went to unscrew the shaft from the aluminum body and it felt very rough. It works, but it's not threaded very well. I applied a little oil to help it out, but I'm disappointed that a professionally made product doesn't even have well formed threads.

Can confirm fits Yamaha R5 pistons, which means probably the RD350 series also. This thing is MASSIVE! The picture does not convey scale at all. This thing is HEYOOOGE. Quality made tool. Nice tool steel for threaded parts, coated and slightly oiled. The thread for the nuts is left-hand so it won't come apart mid-pull. I was lucky the rod fit through my tiny pins on my R5 pistons. Used the small nut and it pulled right out without any effort. Couldn't get them out any other way, but with the proper tool...no problemo! Another cool feature is the aluminum handle midsection. It should be soft enough to not damage pistons and also has a radius on it to spread the load to the piston easier. Shouldn't really matter, though, because it works so damn good. One of the best special tools I have ever purchased.

I don't even know what happened, I've never needed a piston pin puller before, but somehow got the wrist pin STUCK. After bending three homemade pullers and my buddies' knock off, I broke down and bought this. Amazingly, it did work! I had to use knock-er-loose and a blow torch, but got it out. Long story short, this thing is pretty durable; the threads in the nuts on the end didn't strip, and the threaded shaft didn't bend. A+!

I bought this to pull the wrist pins from my 2001 Sportster motorcycle. The tool worked perfectly. It is a well designed product and it saved me a lot of time and headache. For the price it is worth it!

I used this to the piston pins from my 1981 Gs 750 E. It worked perfectly! Pretty easy to take the pins out. It comes with two different sized washers for small and big pistons. I used the smaller one, so hopefully the other size fits when i rebuid my car. Either way you can put your own nut as long as you know the diameter size of the thread. The only problem with it is that the nuts were already attached to the thread, and it took me a vise and a pair of pliers to break the loose. Dunno if that was just the one i bought, but make sure to turn the nut clockwise, not counter-clockwise, to make it come off. Hope that helps
