With a capacity of 2.6 quarts, it is a good size to hold enough cheese sauce, fudge or caramel, which is very suitable for both family gatherings and small commercial scenarios. The heating function performs well, with a temperature range of 86-194℉ and flexible adjustment. It can heat quickly and maintain a constant temperature to ensure that the cheese or sauce always remains in a suitable flow state. The stainless steel pump is designed to be very durable and smooth to use without jamming or leakage. Moreover, the output of the pump is precisely controlled, and the right amount of cheese or sauce can be dispensed with one press, which is clean and hygienic to use without waste. The insulation function is also in place. Even if the machine is heated for a long time, the outside will not become hot, which makes me very satisfied. It is also very convenient to clean. The stainless steel material is both rust-proof and easy to clean. The pump and container can be easily disassembled and rinsed with warm water.

This nacho setup will be perfect for my events coming up. It’s large in size and will fit a can of large nacho cheese in there. Comes in many pieces but it was easy to assemble and understand the directions. I will update if things don’t go well when I have my events coming up. I’m excited to show off my new gadget for my taco bar.

This is really good for some of the things listed, but some of them, I have to question...peanut butter, for instance. I question its usefulness for that. For most of the other things listed, however, it seems pretty well suited. Nacho cheese, hot fudge / chocolate. I'm not sure I'd put traditionally cold condiments in it, really. I mean, most folks don't heat up their mayo for dispensing.Whatever you choose to use in this, I recommend first establishing your set temp with a digital thermometer. First, determine what you are going to have in it. Second, use a digital thermometer to determine where on the dial that particular temperature is. You see, it's graduated 0-6, and when you're trying to hit a particular temperature, 0-6 isn't particularly useful. So for nacho cheese sauce, for instance, the ideal temperature is 150-160f. Turn it on, turn the dial to wherever to get started, and see where you're at. Once the temperature stabilizes, adjust it and let it re-stabilize until you find the proper temp (in this case, around 155f), and mark that setting with Sharpie marker or something by the temp dial so you can just turn it to that setting every time.If you don't do this step, you'll likely be over or under heating what you're trying to keep warm. So that's my only real complaint, is that the temperature control dial isn't graduated in actual temperature measurements but rather arbitrary numbers that don't really mean anything. It's still a good pump. 4 stars.

Works great. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is light and moves around the counter when it is low on butter/topping. The other issue is that it doesn't sit on all 4 feet. It rocks on 2 feet. It also drips quite a bit after dispensing so you need to place a cup under it. It depends on the viscosity of the topping. Other than that it looks nice and actually heats up the butter pretty fast. I turn it on in the morning then use it to heat the butter/oil for my popcorn. It functions like a crockpot with a pump.
