Drop Shot Rig
A drop shot rig is essentially a line tied to a hook with a drop shot weight underneath, so the bait hovers off the bottom and creates a very natural, realistic presentation. This rig is especially effective in clear or deep water situations when it might be tough to get a bite.
Free Rig
A free rig is a finesse rig design to fish from shore casting into deeper water and make the bait free fall. The weight should be above the hook and there should be a bead between it and the hook, which allows the weight to move freely above the bead.

These are quality weights. I was fishing for smallmouth with a friend of mine. He had some of the Matt Luna Free Rig weights, We were both free rigging a rocky area of one of our local rivers.Several times he had the tungsten weight pull free from the wire shaft leaving the tungsten portion of the weight on the bottom of the river with only the wire shaft and loop attached to his line when he reeled up.I was using these Neko weights and the only time I had to re-rig is when I decided I needed to either go heavier or lighter. These weights are very snag resistant. I also like the fact that they print the weight of the piece on the weight itself. It makes it much easier to organize them. I would recommend this product.

These tungsten weights are ideal for multiple fishing applications. If you fish tungsten, you know how pricey it can be. These are reasonably priced for the quantity provided. I have placed more than one order. These definitely have a spot in my Arsenal.
