My '05 Chrysler Pacifica with 3.5L didn't have any obvious timing issues but at 90,000 miles it was due for a belt and water pump. The water pump is good quality with a metal (alloy) impeller wheel which is a lot better than the OEM pump which has a plastic one - it should provide better pressure and durability because it won't flex when revving the engine and applying more pressure to the coolant. Fit is very good with included gasket. The only thing I would point out is that, as the listing shows, there is not a tensioner included. This is fine for me since I didn't need a new tensioner - that's not a part which wears out in my opinion, unless maybe you're at a quarter-million miles or something. The bearings in the pulley are more of a concern for me and a new pulley is included and fits great. Belt and pump and pulley are all high quality making this a great value kit, and a good replacement that's reasonably easy to do for a moderately experienced DIY home mechanic.

Belt seemed to be decent quality. Water pump impeller is cast vs the OE plastic. No leaks. Did not come with the hydraulic tensioner, so that delayed our project upon realizing that.

The first thing I noticed is that the impeller was pot metal and not plastic like the original. After putting it all together, it leaked. I sealed it all over but it still leaked. I had to purchase another water pump and that one didn't leak. A few said the timing belt broke after a few months so now I am worried. I might just get a Gates or go to Chrysler for one. I will be upset if it breaks since I got new heads for the car.
