National Artcraft's crystal clear glass flame protector sits on your wine bottle or oil candle lamp to protect the flame from the wind. The protector is designed to fit standard wine bottles, but will fit bottle necks up to 1-1/8" in diameter. The base of the protector measures 1-3/4" in diameter and overall it is 5-5/8" high.

The image of the product shows the chimney, the stopper, and the wick. I have bought several similar kits in the past and they came with all 3. I broke one recently so I quickly ordered this. Having it arrive with just the chimney was a surprise.Not eligible for return.

They are not all made to the same dimensions. I still really like them but not all of them fit over bottles because they are too small.

Thee work fine, but don't expect to use it on any bottle. It is designed to fit certain wine bottles. It doesn't fit my Pinot bottles or my Bourbon bottles that have a long neck.

This does what it is supposed to do but personally I find that the protector really distracts from the look of the bottle. I guess that if I were to do it all over again, I'd just get traditional oil lamps.

I purchased this thru Amazon: smooth transaction.I found the delivery quick, and product as described. The glass globe surely does protect the flame, and the neck fits most wine bottles I tried. This product is a great way to reuse your favorite (empty) wine bottle when filled with a candle fluid. Keeps the memories of my special event in the forefront!Thanks for a great product. And, because Amazon sourced this, I found the product quickly. I did, however, visit several local candle shops and wine shops looking for this globe but found none: and turned the store clerks onto Amazon. More orders will surely follow.NZ
