Turnbuckles came packaged in plastic shrink wrap that is impossible to remove. 20 minutes later I'm still scraping and trying to get the plastic off the parts. They are not usable.

Turnbuckle is fine. Just what I was looking for. Specifically wanted black.Only bad thing is the packaging. You will be picking at little bits of plastic wrap for a while. It sticks to the turnbuckle. Very annoying. I would happily pay a little more if they use better packaging.

when I twist to tighten the 2 connecting wires, it unwinds. Needs locking nuts
