Very pleased with this tree. Looks real. Full, sturdy, easy to set up. Really like the lighting options. Good value (we bought on sale).

This is a fantastic tree. Purchased it on Cyber Monday and got a great price from Amazon. Replaces a 20-year-old artificial tree. This has 900 lights and 10 different lighting functions all controlled with a foot button. It does take approximately 45 minutes to fluff up all of branches and you attach each of the three section together with some labeled connectors. Highly recommend this is very good quality with plenty of real feel branches that can hold heavier ornaments. Also you can have some deeper pockets within the tree to add more depth to your ornament display. The only thing that could be a little better is if it had a wireless remote control. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

This is absolutely the BEST artificial tree we have ever purchased! The fluffing of the branches was expected and took about an hour or so. The fullness is just beautiful and beyond my expectations. The option for all of the lights, white, colored or both are awesome. So many options. We got a $700 tree for under $300 and couldn’t be happier. It also arrived much earlier than we were originally told.

We purchased this tree from Amazon after an especially bad experience with Balsam Hill. Knowing that we could trust Amazon to stand behind their product, we were confident that we'd be able to return it if it was defective or we simply didn't enjoy it.When we unboxed it, I initially thought it was going to be very sparse and unattractive. The branches seemed to be too far apart, and I worried this would make the tree look "empty". However, once the tree was assembled, and we'd spent about an hour "fluffing" the individual branches, the tree look much fuller, though there were still some gaps. I think it could use about 20% more hinged branches to really make it full. The lighting was very simple to connect. There was one "hub" where all of the connecting sockets merged, and the cascading plugs from the higher sections of the tree plugged into these. There is no "right" or "wrong" socket, and this made wiring very easy. I especially liked the screw-on plugs, which helped to prevent any accidental unplugging (especially when you have cats that want to smack all the ornaments). The dual LED system was very cool. The footswitch was easy to operate, even hidden under the tree skirt. One step to turn on the white LEDs, a second step to turn them all different colors (there is only one strand of lights, and the individual LEDs turn color), and a third step to turn the lights off again. The lights were very bright, and could light the entire room with a soft, romantic, holiday glow. The "Feel-Real" branches were enough to fool our inlaws, but they are not as plentiful as I would have liked for this price. I thought they could have used more of this type, and fewer of the "standard" artificial tree branches. The Feel Real ends of the branches did make hanging ornaments slightly more difficult because it was not easy to get the ornament hooks to settle on the branch. They mostly tried to hover on top of the plastic Feel Real needles, and some care was required to weave the ornament hook to nestle on the branch. The base was very wide and easy to deploy, and even with several cats pouncing from time to time, the tree remained very stable. This tree is a bit expensive, but very good quality, and I'm glad we made this purchase.

I did all kinds of research on all of the latest "artificial trees" and was totally amazed by how wonderful they really have become. My only regret was not opting for a 9'. The 7 1/2' comes in 3 parts and a base. Put it together by myself (5'0" 55 & disabiled) in about 1/2 hour with some figiting for a few days after. Normally a 14 year old could have done it in 15 min. Beautiful tree model (the "Downswept Douglas Fir Tree) as were many others. The "Feel-Reel" does make it real, it holds ornaments that a real tree couldn't hold, stays in place (but you could move the whole tree if needed without much hassle). I love white lights, my husband loves the multi-colored so we got a tree with both options which seems to add approx $120-$150 so I would suggest that you try to work out your differences, but we planned to keep this as long as possible so we went the whole way. The bottom 2 parts are hinged and just fall open and then you can arrange the smaller branches to your liking. Read the instructions, they are short and worth it. Turn the lights on before you seperate out the smaller, unhinged branches so you can arrange the lights evenly. I saw some for $5,000 and some for $50, this is perfect for us. I would suggest getting a storage bag to store it in. It comes down easily, the hinged branches just collapsed and the smaller branches you just kind of "squeeze" the smaller ones together. This has 750 lights, I believe, which was enough, although they had some with up to 2500 lights (that would be way, way too many). LED lights put out a brighter light, so you don't want your tree to be drowned out by lights. And the greatest part was not having to deal with spacing lights or putting them on at all!!! Pick out the type of tree you like. We always had real trees and lived in the Pacific NW. Lots of comments from everyone and we didn't even put as many ornaments as usual and no garland. The tree alone was just beautiful. I might have gone for one with some "snow" on it but it seemed to come off too easy and had a weird smell. One person pointed out that it didn't go around while in its stand but that is a designer overkill to me. This is a perfect substitute for a real tree with a lot of benefits and only two things missing...the smell and the going into the forests and picking your own out, but as you get older and/or the forests are too far away this is great! I suspect the prices will drop a bit next year. Amazon Prime had great prices and instead of only one type of tree with one size, they had a small selection that came from their own warehouse. It arrived in perfect condition 5 days before expected. I reserve 5 stars for absolutely spectacular items and ideas. Had this been the first year they had come out it would have been a "5". Keep extra bulbs and fuses and look at the warranty. Don't get one with less than 2 years, but don't expect one with a 10 year warranty either because people don't always take care of things and then blame it on the manufacturer. I owned one other "fake" tree 25 years ago in S. Calif. we only used it 2 years and gave it away. It was a nice tree but nothing like the new generation of artificial trees. I don't want to take it down!
