This hose is not durable at all. The hose is really fragile and doesn’t require much force to break it. The hose is also hard to align with the adapters that came with it. It is really difficult to change the adapters on the hose after it is being placed on. Overall, this is not really ideal to use.

Works, after I had to clean out one of the orfices . Installed fairly easily, comes with 3 sizes of orfices and started with the middle choice, one of the burners would only start with a hand held lighter, the other 2 were fine. Changed to the larger size and it would light all of them but the flame was way too much so I switched back the the medium size and noticed a different burner wouldn’t light unless I used a hand held lighter so I cleaned out that one with a welder tip cleaner and then it worked great.

I actually got this set because it had the 3/8 fitting I needed and the regulator and hose to hook up a heater so I really didn't need the conversion kit portion of it but for the price paid I thought it was a straightforward full set of everything I needed. The regulator works great and the build quality is very good I think it's going to last for years of service life. The adapter fit perfect and hooked right up so I didn't really have to mess with anything. It even comes with some gas line tape to boot. I think it's a very good value for the money and price paid. I don't think I could more complete kit for a cheaper price anywhere else. Some of the hardware stores around were asking about double of what this is so definitely 100% worth it. It arrived on time and very well packaged and 100% recommend it

In my opinion: This is a nice kit for my old Weber Genesis and I especially appreciate the 5 ft regulator hose for the ability to connect to a larger propane tank a little farther away and outside of the grill cabinet. I've successfully done a conversion years ago, so there wasn't anything unfamiliar here to me. However, before I did this in the past, I did some serious safety research before cautiously undertaking the modifications. Weber doesn't approve of conversions at all and in my grill's owner's manual there are warranty implications stated, but moving from a home with natural gas to one with only a propane option made my personal decision - otherwise there would be a nice but unusable grill just taking up space. The parts I needed are in this kit and they seem just fine for my particular needs. Just my own opinions and experiences here, yours may differ. Good luck and safety first!

My son has been making me a fire table for the top of a wine barrel and this fit perfectly for the burner ring that was purchased with the addition of an elbow joint for piping to connect the two pieces together. Good quality and working great!
