We put this outside next to our hot tub to hold our towels. It has survived a Minnesota winter so far without any issues so I'm hoping the rest of the year will be just as good. We keep it outside 24/7 and have had no issues with it. It's heavy enough that the strong winds haven't come close to blowing it over.

Well constructed with a heavy base to prevent tipping over even with a few towels hung. The towel rack is adjustable on all limbs. Easy to assemble. I use it next to my hot tub. The first one that I received from Amazon had a defective base that separated from the main pole. There is no way to rejoin it. However. the KES customer service was awesome and sent out a replacement ASAP. They also kept me updated on the progress of the replacement. I was very impressed with their customer service... and the towel rack.

I'd give it more like a 4.5 or 4.7. It's sturdy, but wobbly. Maybe its wobbly because it's a tall tube that the towels hang on. I'd buy again if I needed another one.

Have on my patio under cover in Florida. The base is heavy so it won’t tip over with wet towels. The bars for towels are solid and not thin. I haven’t had it long enough to see if the towel bars get funny from multiple uses of hanging wet towels.

Towel rack is designed well, easy to assemble, and is very sturdy. Only complaint is the plate on top is a bit flimsy but we wont likely ever use it

Packaging was first rate. Design is excellent. Instructions were clear and extremely well written. Easily one of the finest items I have ever purchased! Quality and fit of the parts is of the highest standards. These people could design and build jets!
