I don't know if it could handle birds much bigger than him, but it's perfect for my little guy! I needed a perch for him to sit on while he is out and this is perfect, I love the little coconut shell so I can put his dinner on there while we watch TV. Amazing!!! Also loved the stickers it came with. The quality is really good, it's very sturdy and looks awesome. Love it!

i was more hopeful this would be better, but its missing a piece so the perches cant stand off to the side for the bird to sit on, ill go to the local hardware store and repair this, but its not ideal to have to get parts for a tiny toy.
