Great for working out, walking and fishing. It has storage for wallet, phone and a clip for your keys. It keeps your water container snug.

My job consists of walking around all day pushing a cart. I have had bad luck with neoprene wearing out; i.e. getting thin, developing wear spots, and ripping at seams. I wanted something that was sturdier than that. This works great for my purpose. I use the clip to secure it and it keeps my water bottle in one place in the cart and keeps it from falling over, getting in the way, or getting scratched up on the metal of the cart.However, it’s heavy! I haven’t weighed it (and it’s in my locker at work so I can’t now) but I would estimate it to be at least one pound. If you’re using it for long distance hiking where the weight of what you’re carrying is a factor or if you’re going on a run with it in your hand, that is something to keep in mind.
