The wood boards and metal mesh feel solid and sturdy. They are functional and aesthetically pleasing. I really appreciate how the trays provide enough space to fit A4 sized files and envelopes comfortably.Likes:- Solid and sturdy.- Practical.- Great aesthetic.Dislikes:- I wish there was an option with a bit more height in each tier for thicker stacks.- Stacking is a bit clumsy.

I knew this was a cheap product upon purchasing, but I didn't expect it to be broken when I opened it. It came preassembled and poorly packaged. I bought two and both had the screws stripped out of the base. If you wanted to buy this just for the metal frame and replace the base with some real wood that might work.

This was very affordable option for my husband’s office. It is nice and sturdy and doesn’t look too bad. Definitely a find for us.

Both of the paper trays arrived broken to the point they could not be repaired. Would have sent them back but my husband had already destroyed the box and I didn’t have another. The wire sides of the trays are so thin and flimsy and arrived bent. The bottom boards are the cheapest particle board and crumbled at the point the screws attach them to the wire frame. Very cheap, substandard materials. A complete waste of $25.99 + tax. Don’t waste yours on this cheap product. If I could have given less than 1 star I would have.

I looked high and low for a front loading stackable organizer that would fit into my narrow bookcase where I keep my hobby items next to the sofa, and this set turned out to be my unicorn. These letter trays will double my bookshelf space. I love that they are sleek and streamlined like boxes, and no handles or metal hardware sticking out on the sides. Now my planner, bullet journal, coloring books and gel pens will be organized. Bonus that the bottom of each tray is solid wood— they are very sturdy and look attractive without giving “office vibes” in my livingroom. These are so unusual that I may order more. Bravo and highly recommend.

The benefit of these desk trays are that they look nice, you can use them stacked or each by themselves, you can stack them directly on top of each other or stagger them. The cons are that the "wood" part of the tray is just particle board and it's not very good quality. The screws on one of my trays came apart and left cracks in the particle board. I was able to just push the screws back together to hold the tray down and that works thanks to gravity -- but it really shouldn't be that way. But on a positive note, the damage from the screws is on the underside of the tray, so you don't see it. But if you went to pick it up, it will come apart. The other two trays are fine, bu I know I have to be careful with them. This makes a desktop look nicer and more organized, but I do wish these were better quality.

The appearance is above the normal ones you see at the big box stores, But unlike the plastic cheap trays, the tiers have fallen when accidentally knocked. The heights of the trays is a little deeper than the others that I've used...which is a plus. Just wished that they could interlock.
