I was very pleasantly surprised buy the build and quality of this one. The simplicity of deploying the arms is genius. They maintain spacing while pulling the first arm around and into position. The included tool that is for placing the fresh pasta onto the arms makes the work so much easier and helps avoid the pasta sticking and not being in the proper position on the drying arm.

I just love this rack. It's so versatile stores nice and flat. Easy to clean. Feels very sturdy and not cheap and wobbly. I use to have a wooden one that the wood splintered over time this one wont

Works fine. The separation between arms is preset. I'd like to remove the lower arms and increase the spacing if I can. Took a bit of fiddling to get the legs full extended and seated. I get why people make the umbrella type for easier storage but those have their own issues. What I really would like is the wall mounted swinging arm like you used to get for towels. I'll use this until I can find another option.

A little unstable with the three legs that sometimes stick when getting it set up, but collapses great and evenly spreads apart the pasta arms for drying with the twist knob at the top. Also comes with a nice tool in the handle to remove the pasta from the drying rack. Very good quality, overall impressed. Much better than the expensive Kitchen Aid model.

This is a must have to make you're own pasta. It doesn't fold down to a small size for storage, but it is sturdy and easy to clean.
