Update:After using couople of weeks. Battery is runs out very fast. I would not recommend this productI’m very impressed with this electric bike! The seat is comfortable, and the bike’s design is sleek and modern. I love the easy-to-read display and multiple assist levels. Overall, it's a reliable, fun ride that’s made my daily commutes much more enjoyable.

We are very happy with the scooter. I ordered this scooter and one other thinking that the other one would be good for me because it was heavier and bigger but after riding this scooter I realized that it's perfect for myself and my wife. It's very fast easily programmable quick to assemble lightweight and feels very safe.The pneumatic Wheels are far superior to solid Wheels even with double suspension when you're riding on a sidewalk or rough surface. The charge time seems to be reasonable and we really only charge the battery from 60 to 100% a couple of times as we've only gone about five or six km. The app is a little simple but it displays all the information that you require and if you want to look at your ride history you can do that too.I'm very impressed with this scooter so far. I weigh 195 lbs and this scooter easily climbs 10 to 15% Hills and speeds up to 25 to 27 km an hour very quickly. I'm impressed with the power of the motor. I also like the fact that I feel that the center of gravity is quite close to the ground so you feel stable while riding the scooter.I had created a very large spreadsheet comparing about 15 different criteria and items for 11 other similar priced and size scooters and this one was rated number one overall using my criteria and so far it hasn't disappointed.Our plan is to use the scooters probably 15 to 20 times on about 5 to 10 km rides each this summer so that's probably considered light use.The only negatives I have about this scooter is that the folding latch is also the Bell thumb ringer Lever and I'm worried it will fail over time due to repeated folding and latching of the handlebars, time will tell.Also, there is no hand grab point on rear wheel area if you want to pick up the back and lift and turn scooter, you have to pick up by rear fender.Also, the screen on the handlebar is horizontal rather than vertical (which is nice to view while riding) and I'm worried there is very little room left between the edge of the screen and the thumb power/throttle button to mount my cell phone on The Handlebar. You can't mount it on the left of the screen because the bell and brake Lever would be in the way. Maybe I'll keep my cell phone in my pocket! Lol but I would like to have Google Maps up while riding.I ordered a 2nd one of these scooters today and we'll use them this summer so I'm hoping we have a good experience. I never purchase extended warranties on anything that I purchase but I'm planning on purchasing extended warranty on these scooters just in case.Otherwise, we're extremely happy so far!

Was jumpy right out of the box, but thought it just wanted to ggoooooAt 3 weeks, it quit. I was on my way to work. Completely off my bus route, I shut it down, waited a couple minutes. Got going again, until it quit, AGAIN, and again and again. (Full charge)Took a different bus route, dragging a problem scooter with me. Got to work late.

Very nice scooter for a reasonable price. Purchased for my son for his birthday and he loves it. Very easy to put together. Folds and puts away easily.

Update: Customer service has been great for any questions or concerns. After riding the scooter for about 200km and trying other scooters, this is still a great choice for it's water resistance and everyday use. Easy to ride and operate.Putting together the scooter is a breeze (4 bolts for the handlebars into the stem). Everything worked well out of the box, although Amazon themselves banged up the product but the seller was great to work with to compromise. As for performance, I regularly got up to 32 km/h indicated, but my range is significantly shorter than advertised. On a full charge I got a total range of 20.2km as indicated on the app with 0-1% left in battery. I also noticed that near the end of my ride, there wasn't any regen braking due to battery temp (wouldn't let me charge the scooter when I got home). The 40km range is probably low speed with lots of regen and a light rider. For context I am about 190lbs - so if you're looking to commute with the scooter make sure the round trip is within 20km. All in all, I'm still happy with the scooter.

Great bike, folds easily climbs 20° hills self sealing air tires strong headlight and tail light. I am around 220 and it effortlessly climbs hills does 20 mph. If u drive moderately it will give u good miles in distance traveled. Distance will vary if u travel more hills and rougher ground. Charges easily overnight in about 5 hours when only one bar remaining. A nice scooter with replaceable battery and regeneration. Can be driven if needed in wet weather.
