My luggage tags arrived more than two weeks after ordered despite being informed at sale it would take about four days. OK...I was not happy as I had a trip planned, but did not have a lot of choice. Out of box, they look and feel fantastic. When putting the first one on a suitcase, however, the front separated from the back. I glued back on because I liked the looks/feel so much. Now, two more (of the nine I bought) have separated with no more handling than putting the info on the paper insert into the sleeve. I started re-gluing others but then thought, no, they should be constructed better than this. Am stuck with the ones I glued, but will return others. Too bad.
