Awesome for UNC lovers! My puppy is getting used to wearing it, so he scratches at it a lot. It does leave scratch marks on the fabric

Have had several of these over the years. This one seems not to lose its width as badly as some I have had, which after a week would be twice as large as when last adjusted, leaving me holding leash and collar while dog went off happily chasing squirrels.
