First package arrived clearly open and returned. It did not work. Replacement item works fine. But now I have a 45 minute errand to run to mail back the first item. I don't appreciate that.

The Amazon product description shows that the heater is meant to have 3 modes. Low for 37c, medium for 45c and high for 52c. After half an hour on the high setting, the strip barely maintains 37c, which is the advertised temperature for the low setting. On medium and low it's hardly warm to the touch at around 30-33c. I have the device plugged into a known good 5v 3a power supply and these are the results.On top of this, the cable length is advertised as 9 feet, whereas the device itself is only just over 6 feet, and the cable only makes up around 5ft of that, including the controls.For its application, I imagine it might do ok to keep condensation off in cold weather, however it does not reach the advertised temperatures, and if those are necessary, this device is useless.
