They run small and the waist is not very high definitely go up a size.

I already had the ones with the logo on the side pocket and i love those. Only thing i dont like about those is the elastic band around the waist, I'm not a fan of the logo on the pocket, and it only have one pocket. So I recently bought the three pack of the ones with the small logo on the very back. I like these a lot! the material is super soft. Not super tummy control but nice stretch. I love that there is no seam up the crotch so theres no camel toe issues. There's also not that annoying elastic band around the waist. They also have two pockets. Only took a star away as they tend to slide down a little down your waist. I definitely have the correct size for my body. Maybe that elastic band is what helps keep them up. I've worn them for a few days for work and I am a housekeeper so a lot of movement. I absolutely love them, just periodically have to pull it back over my large tummy.
