I have purchased a Neotech neckstrap for my alto and tenor and have really enjoyed but the length was too short for bari. I ordered the XL and when it arrived, the area around the neck pad is much thinner than my old strap. Not sure this will be as comfortable as my old one. I also have a Neo harness that is 2 inches too short for my older bari. If they would just add a little more material for adjustment, the harness would be great.

Great neck strap it is super comfortable, and it can help if you were struggling with your previous neck strap... I'm really tiny and it helps hold it to play...

I like that this is a fairly small, lightweight neckstrap. It works particularly well for alto and soprano, and it packs away nicely in my case which doesn't have much storage space. It would probably be just fine for tenor as well, but I'm not sure I'd use it for the bari.

I have a short neck, so a lot of padded neck straps are too wide for me and become uncomfortable. I think this one is a good compromise because it is still nicely padded, but not overly bulky or wide. However, I am using it for an alto saxophone, so I cannot comment if it would be comfortable/padded enough for a larger instrument.

I'm about 5'10 and found the range of length easily sufficient to work with both my alto and tenor both sitting and standing. The adjuster works much better than the usual slide on an all webbing strap like the one that came with the horns. The hook is rotated 90 degrees so that it points to the front before bending to the side rather than only going to the left or right depending on which way you put on the strap. I find I really like this feature to the point that it is best point of the strap. That said the padding is much better than on my previous favorite which gave out at some point in the 10 years since I last played regularly.

First time out of the box it was fine, full length for baritone, shortened 3cm for alto, padded neck piece was very comfortable, BUT the second time I came to us it, the strap had shrunk! I can only assume this was due to perspiration. It's no longer any use to me!!

I have been playing saxophone for almost 50 years. I have used so many neckstraps, it boggles the mind. This is, BY FAR, the best I've ever used. The padding is just the right amount. It's not too wide like the previous Neotech ones I used. It's clip actually clips on, rather than just being a hook that can easily fall off. (The first time I played the brand new Bari sax, it came off the hook, on stage, while I leaned over to change my music. AAAhhhh!) That will never happen with this neckstrap.The only thing that could make it better would be if the clip were metal. This clip will eventually break....it's the nature of plastic. But for now, I'm extremely happy with this neckstrap. And it wasn't horribly pricey!!

After many years of using NeoTech neckstraps on alto and tenor, I tried this new model (because I intensely dislike the hooks on the regular model now). As a doubler, I needed a neckstrap with a hook that I can easily detach and rehook quickly. The strap is not stretchy like the regular model, so I will need to get used to it, but the hook is great and the padding is not as wide, but adequate.I think I can get used to it. Good overall so far.
