This product is amazing. The only thing it needs is 6 d type batteries. Something to be aware of is that the rival bullets will bounce back at extremely high speed. It is also very loud I recommend using at long range as well as wearing safety glasses

It’s a common thing where i live to do a bi-annual Nerf gun war. Lately I’ve been outclassed by some of the newer guns and decided it was time to upgrade to some withering fire power! Thus the purchase for the Mach-100. SO the gun itself can hold 100 rounds and you can run through those very quickly. So it’s good to buy the extra ammunition carrier or prepare of few ziplock bags with a hundred rounds ready to go. Needless to say there were a lot of ooohs and ahhh’s when I arrived. (And maybe a little jealousy…). All I can say is this gun is awesome! As i said, it does go through ammunition very quickly, that being said it is very easy to reload and get back in the fight. Please note it does take 6 D batteries which adds ozone weight and it is not tiny, think the guns in the movie Aliens (Which to me made it even cooler!). Bottom line this gun is a beautiful piece of Nerf firepower that will put you at the front of the pack in any nerf war. I truly thought it was amazing!!!

We wanted a nerf gun that both kids could use. My youngest (7) can’t pull the trigger or cock the normal ones so we wanted battery operated. That work like a charm, and they are really really fun. They shoot really far. So far I’m not even sure where to let the kids use them cuz man these little balls bounce like crazy. Even after they hit you they bounce a good five to ten feet away. They’re definitely gonna lose a lot of the balls, but that’s what refills are for I suppose. But I don’t know why my husband thought these were a good idea for our 10 and 7 yr old girls, I told them that they look like they would hurt. And they do! I’ve never been shot by a paintball gun but my husband says it’s not as bad as that, but kinda close. That being said, we love them !! But I would definitely hold off until they hit the age range it says on the box( which my husband didn’t read and is 14). The fact that they came with eye protection should have given him a clue as to how bad they were gonna hurt. But overall, they are great. I just don’t think my kids are gonna like to have nerf fights with them. I’m sure they won’t mind shooting other people, but they are not gonna want to get hit.

I couldn't have bought it had it said it's an additional 10 dollars for shipping. Not that great. The packaging is kinda generic, not great for gifts. Batteries are not included. And it seemed like this was a used gun cause the screw's were stripped to remove the plate for the batteries. Aside from the shady shipping fee they added, its not that great of of a toy. Not super fast velocity and kinda noisy when using. Nerf has produced by far better toys. Maybe this was a knock off or refurbished making it not operate great.

I asked my grandson what he wanted for his birthday he stated a Nerf ball gun that holds a lot of balls well after searching for days this is the one I came across that I felt was the biggest best deal for the price and quantity of balls it holds well apparently I should have bought 4 of them because my daughter my granddaughter and my son-in-law all get mad when my grandson starts shooting all of them and they don't have a gun as big to shoot back so I'm glad he loves it for the price and the size you can't go wrong I just wish they came in way more awesome colors

Like the other motorized blasters, this gun has 2 triggers to operate. The motor trigger has to be held to turn on the motor, and the second trigger gets pulled for single shots, or held to fire full auto. The balls are rubbery, and have a good weight to them. My son is 5yrs old and the weight of this gun with the batteries in it is pretty substantial, however he is able to carry it. He also has a bit of a hard time holding the motor button as well as squeezing the trigger at the same time when firing with his little hands. He is able to do it, but you can tell its a challenge for him, same as my 8yr old daughter so this may not be great for kids that young. This comes with 80 balls, and the tank holds 100 total. There is a motorized rake which helps feed the balls from the hopper to the barrel, and you can absolutely empty a full hopper of 80 rounds in seconds. I haven't timed it, but if I had to guess I would say all 80 rounds can be fired in less than 10 seconds. The rifle is pretty accurate, I was able to get 80% of the rounds in the target area of 4ft wide from a distance of 25ft away, and im sure that the balls would go triple this distance. Other than the weight of the gun, and the ease of operating it, overall it is a good very fast shooter and I would only consider the child's age before buying. Im sure a 10yr old would have no issues operating this. Even my 5yr old can use it for short periods of time. I would like to see these come with a rechargeable lithium battery, the weight would be greatly reduced due to not having to use 8 D size batteries, and also the cost of replacing batteries would be lower with the ability to recharge, even if the price of the gun was more to accommodate a rechargeable battery.
