Side sleepers need to have a pillow between the knees for sleeping comfort. This does the trick!

The pillow wasn’t ‘thick’ enough to give enough space between my legs…but the most disappointing was the ‘adjustable strap’…maybe if I weighed 300#, it would have adjusted, but it was useless. If I had stood up, the pillow would have fallen off my leg!

I bought this product for my husband who has arthritis in his lower back. It really helps him at night. He used to use a pillow and it was very distracting and kept him awake. This product straps on and he finds it very comforting. My daughter tried it out and she liked it so much she bought one also.

Love this knee pillow. I used to use a small regular pillow, but this is a huge improvement and has relieved some of my back pain. Someone other than me decided to machine wash the cover of the first one I bought, someone who doesn't like to read the care instructions, and of course it shrunk and became unusable. I immediately bought another pillow and couldn't be happier.

I love this knee pillow! I'm an active sleeper so my old knee pillow without a strap would often end up on the floor in the middle of the night. The strap on this one kept it right where I put it. I was worried that the strap might be uncomfortable, but it didn't bother me at all. Also, I get hot at night, so the cooling cover is another feature I like. The zipper placement on this pillow is also much better than my last one.

For the past year or two, I have had some knee pain when sleeping. I started to try to sleep with a regular small pillow between my knees, and it helped significantly, so I adopted it as a regular habit. Eventually, I decided to order this knee pillow since I thought that it would be a little less bulky, better sized, and more convenient. And indeed, it has done very well on all of those fronts.The biggest design flaw of this is the scratchy velcro, which can stab you or anyone that you are sleeping with at unpredictable times. It would be better to have some kind of soft loop or clip mechanism, or to just tie a string to keep it on one's leg. I might try to remove the velcro at some point.If you already know that you need something such as this, then it will probably work well. If you aren't sure, then try using any small pillow you have around the house and see if it helps you first.For reference, I am around 150 lbs and around 5'10''.

You’ve probably heard that it’s best to use a pillow between your knees and legs if you’re going to sleep on your side. If you are like me, however, you’ve tried doing that with regular pillows and found that while you sleep regular pillows often aren’t giving enough support, or end up somewhere on the floor during the night. I searched several options here on Amazon to find something that would give good support and possibly be able to stay in place and I decided to try not one but two of these knee pillows made by “nestl”. I just received the pillows today and haven’t actually tried sleeping through the night with them but I did position them as you can see in my photo and lay down to see what it would feel like. So far the pillows seem to give just the right support to keep my spine at the angle that feels most comfortable when laying on my side. I like that there is a strap to keep the pillow in position, and I appreciate that there is an adjustable strap with Velcro on both sides making it adjustable. I also like that there is a zippered cover you can remove and wash it as needed (I definitely plan to line-dry the covers instead of putting them in the dryer). The cover itself seems pretty soft and comfortable next to my skin, and I’m looking forward to trying these out for a full night’s sleep. If after using these for a few days I find any problems with them I’ll be sure to come back and adjust my review, but for now I’ll give these pillows five stars, 10/10 recommend.
