At&t will keep lying to you and say they can't unlock it but 6-10 hours in you'll be transferred to the right deptment and it will be done in like 5 minutes

This USB dongle is outdated and after taking it to the local AT&T store I was told that none of the USB type models are supported. Mine didn’t work and had to return it.

I've been on tech support with AT&T and Dell for over 2 hours, they can't get it to work with windows 10. It works just fine with Windows 7.

It is less flexible than all other air cards that we have had, especially and including our most recent Cricket 4G device. As an example, it does not have the text/directory capabilities.

Works fantastic, I currently added this to an existing 20GB AT&T family share plan as a new number with zero problems. I tested it first on my laptop (USB 2.0 ports for all those saying otherwise) and got about 13Mbps down, 4mbps up with 2-3bars of LTE service. Once I was done running the speed tests and some simple web browsing, I plugged it into my Cradlepoint MBR1400 H/W 1.0 and its been running for a week non-stop with zero downtime while maintaining same constant Speeds. I later added my old modem (Sierra Wireless 313U, Same AT&T service) and load balanced them for boosting the max possible speed to about 20mbps down, 7mbps up. The on-board screen is great, it doesn't show how much data the modem itself has used but rather the entire plan data total (not that it matters considering the MBR1400 has daily data caps put in place that reset each day to help prevent data overage). All in all, I would recommend this modem to anyone looking for a reliable connection to the internet for any internet related task and have a sense or need to know how much data there using as they use it. Thanks to this modem (and my older one) I can actually have broadband internet at cable speeds rather than the dial-up service that is the only internet service offered in my area. (Besides satellite which is limited to weather conditions)UPDATE: Its now been almost 3 months sense I purchased and activated this device. I leave it attached to my Cradlepoint Router 24/7 and it has never failed. I have never gotten a stale data connection (when the connection is active but data is not willing to flow) or any other problem others seam to have had mentioned in there reviews. I am very happy with this purchase and know that I can rely on my internet connection staying up without drop outs or failures. I have also recently purchased the Netgear MIMO external antenna to plug into the device to improve speed, reliability, and the ability to mount the modem itself to the wall next to the window with the best reception to improve data capability and to keep the device out of the sun as both UV radiation and heat are bad for electronics. I will be leaving a review on this antenna after I test it for a bit.
