I found their website, and there was little or no information there that would help. I found some pet scanner software in the App Store for my iPhone, but none of them would connect to the scanner. The scanner would connect to my Bluetooth once I figured out which mood work the best, but as soon as I scanned it disconnected. I have two dogs, one with a chip and one without. It did give me a number after scanning the dog with the chip, but the information is useless, it’s just a number. When I tried to review the information on the scanner, it said there were zero records, I had to scan the dog again if I wanted to see the number.

this is the first time using a pet chip scanner and have no idea what to do once you scan a pet. It would be nice to know what to do with the ID you scan via the manual without having to search the internet to figure out I needed to go try the ID in various pet databases to help locate an owner. Just a little guesswork that could make the manual easier to understand what to do. For all I know I could be doing it wrong, I connected it to my PC via USB cable, hit Upload, and nothing happened.

Great if you have stray cats come bit and they're friendly enough that you can scan them quickly and see if they have a previous home. Tried it on all of my critters. Worked like a charm.

I got this after my cat went missing. Neighbors started trapping strays that looked like mine and this allowed me to run over a d while I could confirm my cat visually, we were able to find the owners of some pets that were chipped. Super easy to use. The USB interface and uploading of data isn't exactly clear in the instructions but it did read the chips effortlessly which was great.

Select the scan and it immediately picks up the microchip in my puppies. I don’t download the results but there’s that option and it comes with the USB to connect. It also comes with a little carry pouch which is nice.

128タグ保存可能→PC転送可とあるが・・・付属ケーブルでwindows11PCと接続。デバイスとして認識されない。何度本体電源を入れ直しても、ケーブルを繋ぎ直してもやはりデバイスとして認識されない。本体ボタンを３秒長押しでデータ転送と書いてあるのでそれに従って操作すると、認識音はするがどこにもデータが転送されない・・・。このレビューを書きながら、再度リーダーの電源を入れ、何気にボタンを３秒長押し。あらあら、このレビュー画面に数字の羅列がずらずらと表示されてしまった。なるほど！メモ帳などのテキストアプリを開いた状態で本体ボタンを３秒長押しすることで、読み取ったマイクロチップナンバーがアップロードされる仕組みのようです。解決してよかった！ちなみに、説明書にはな～んにも書いてありません。↓参考までに先ほど同じワンちゃんのマイクロチップから２度読み取った情報を掲示します（個人情報保護のため、番号の一部を書き換えてあります。）※適当に書き換えた０５３９００４０１７４７０００の１５桁が読み取ったチップの情報です。また、windows11のメモ帳を開いた状態でリーダーから取り込んだ画像をスクショで貼り付けておきます。９０００００００００００００１９０００００００００００００１９０００００００００００００１９０００００００００００００１９０００００００００００００１９０００００００００００００１０５３９００４０１７４７００００５３９００４０１７４７０００
