Better than Hubble Club cameras!I used to have a Hubble camera but it stopped working and had many many issues with connectivity, would turn off at random times, etc.With this one no issues whatsoever I don’t have the fear my child will get ahold of the wires. The app connection was super easy. There’s still an option for a subscription but I really don’t find it’s necessary.

We picked up this baby monitor mainly because of the flexible design. The twisting stand is super clever and one of the main reasons we chose it. It can wrap around crib rails, attach to furniture, or be shaped into a stand for flat surfaces. That level of versatility is something I didn’t know I needed until I had it.The video quality is solid, both during the day and at night. The night vision works well and gives a clear picture in a dark room. It also has lullabies built in, which is a nice little bonus, and the two-way speaker works exactly how you’d hope. One of my favorite features is that it connects directly to my phone. Not having to carry around a separate monitor screen is incredibly convenient.Now for the part I wasn’t thrilled about. Setup was not intuitive. It kept trying to walk me through pairing with a monitor unit I didn’t have, and the only way to bypass that step was to select an option saying it was already set up. That little workaround was not explained anywhere in the instructions.I also expected there to be some sort of cap or end piece to cover the exposed screw hole on the back when you’re not using the wall or crib mount. There isn’t. It leaves the back looking a bit unfinished, which feels like a design oversight on an otherwise sleek product.That said, the function outweighs the small flaws. I would recommend it, especially if you're looking for a flexible, app-based monitor with good video and sound. Just be prepared for a slightly awkward setup process and a not-so-polished backside if aesthetics matter to you.

The video quality is better than any other wifi camera I've owned. The picture quality is crisp and clear. The motion sensing works well and notifies you immediately.HOWEVER, the app is weird to set up and constantly asks you to set up the baby monitor before going to the next step. You must press "yes, I've already set it up" to get to the next screen, even though this model doesn't come with a baby monitor. I actually would really like a separate baby monitor, and looked to purchase one separately on their main page. They do not offer one! This seems ridiculous to me, as they sell a separate model that includes a monitor already. Also, since you have to pair it separately you know that it is something that can be added on later.After one night, I noticed the camera portion to be slightly hot as well. I will be monitoring this day by day to make sure it isn't a fire risk.I rated this as 3 stars because it doesn't seem like this was designed from the ground up to be a baby monitor. It seems like they took their existing camera and put it in an enclosure designed for a crib. Even the USB power cord needs an adapter to fit into the DC power adapter, which is included, but why not use the proper cord or update the power adapter to the new USB C model? Shortcuts like this worry me. I would have zero issue with this as a dog camera, but hanging over my baby? I don't know. I'm not removing it yet, though.I teetered between 3 and 4 stars because the video quality is awesome and the app seems intuitive and functional. It would be a 5 star product with proper app initialization and no worries about temperature.

I recently decided to try the Netvue Peekababy monitor to gain peace of mind while my grandbaby visits and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! As you will see in my photos this monitor has received numerous awards, including Mom’s Choice Awards, Parents Picks Award, Family Choice, National Parenting products and Baby Innovation Award. With such impressive accolades I felt it was worth trying and I am delighted to say I have not been disappointed. First, the setup process is straightforward thanks to clear & easy to follow instructions. It offers many mounting options. You can attach it to the crib, wall, dresser or wrap it around any area of the crib. In terms of performance, it works perfectly with my iPhone, iPad and Echo Show (Alexa). The communication feature is amazing, you can speak to your baby & hear what’s happening in the nursery. The night vision is crystal clear even in low light. The motion detection feature has been reliable every time! While I haven’t tried the live streaming features with others, I appreciate that it is available. The build quality is excellent, with soft rounded edges, and a lovely baby blue color looks soft & gentle. The packaging and attention to detail really show the care that went into designing this product. This monitor offers exceptional features at an affordable price point!
