Plug and play with no issue. Not easy to find ST connector media converters in gig speed. Delivered on time. Enabled an interbuilding connection speed boost.Dip switch function instructions could be better.

I did not want to have to run new fiber, but we needed to upgrade this ancient 100mbit to gigabit. These ST fiber to gigabit adapter did the job and so far are working great.

Ordered 2 ST media converters and received one ST to Ethernet and one duplex LC to Ethernet converter. It’s not a big deal because we had a few spare patch cables but it could of been since we where on a schedual to complete a job.Don’t assume you got the right parts always double check

Received two of these and they were both bad...I had the vendor send two more and one had a loose wire in the power supply. I did a continuous ping from one to the other and had very long TTL times. Not reliable at all!!!

These adapters are great. Needed to run an underground fiber link between two networks. The run is around 120 meters. No issues.

Product does as it says on the box converts Ethernet to light via laser, and a box at the other end converts it back again, a bit like magic, only no bunnies are pulled out of hats.Blazing fast network speeds are kept thanks to this being a gigabit converter.Customer services were excellent when they sent me the wrong type, it was all sorted out very quickly and effortlessly.if you want to keep a fast network, and extend it via light beyond the physical limits of a cat 5 cable this is the box for you, well boxes!
