Needed these to help adjust the position of a fake tree and they've held up well and weren't particularly offensive in any particular way. They are, after all, just foam blocks :)

Feels like typical floral support foam. Doesn't crumble when mashed. Going to use it to create table centerpieces.

Very easy to cut and absorbs water for fresh cut flowers. This is a high density flower foam that keeps moisture in for weeks. I used mine to place artificial flowers in baskets and it works pretty well. Very easy to poke the stems in. Good for fresh or artificial flowers.

Good stuff, but oh so messy. Literally opened it up and got a pile of what is effectively green sawdust all over my desk. Figured it was just because it was just opened, nope. Sheds everywhere lol. Not at all shiny and solid as advertised, you look at it wrong it's going to dent and shed. But, it works and is as described otherwise. Just a mess.

I ordered these to use in smaller vases. I enjoy making floral arrangements for friends and using thrifted vessels to display them. I also don't like the mess of cutting larger blocks of floral foam. While I am sure this is easy, albeit messy, to cut, I will not need to because it crunches down easily to fit in the vases I have. I will say it is important to get your stems where you want them, because if you continue to poke it will loose its integrity. And to be clear, I see no way this is true eco friendly...it's foam.I am happy with them and I would order them again. Price point seems fair...enjoy!

There aren't a lot of craft stores near me, and of the ones that carry foam, it is usually very expensive. I have fake planters in front of my daughter's playhouse with a stem that is pretty big with smaller stems branching off of it. I cut these to size to fit my planter, and they cut really easily. Be careful, because I understand how soft they are at first and accidentally cut too much since it crumbled easily. These work perfectly for my project, and a really good value for the price point. I have another project that I'm working on, and so far I've fit a good amount of thinner stems but giving them enough space to accommodate for the softness. A great deal for the price point.

Firstly, the measurements are pretty spot-on for the description. These are standard floral blocks, so they give under pressure, and can be cut to fit any vase or container. They will hold water for fresh stems if desired. The package says "eco-friendly' but there is no guarantee on this anywhere, nor an ingredient list. I am not sure its the same material, but traditional floral foam blocks are typically made from phenolic resins, which are a type of plastic, and are not environmentally friendly. If these are the new plant-based material, then they are fine, but because it doesn't say, I am docking a star.
