Item would not charge. Tried numerous charging cords and outlets. Let it charge overnight, but no results. Packaging was nice and videos were cool, but I just wish it would charge.

We have a Bernedoodle who easily gets excited. We tried a shock collar but had no luck do to his long hair. This product worked almost instantly while training the dog in the most humane possible way. Just a series of sound and strong vibration. Strongly recommend.

If you're skeptical... don't be! I waited 2 months to pull the trigger on this purchase and I should've done it the day I brought home a 10month old german shepard rescue. When I'm occupied, despite having 3 furry siblings, she gets very anxious and barks loudly and continuously. Then she gets anxious from her own barking. Then my husky chimes in. Then the cats are anxious and my neighbor thinks I'm conducting dog carols. I wanted to stop the "negative thinking" trap it was creating in my house and was prepared to do some training with this device... but it seems to have cured the issue in 1 days time. She isn't scared of the device, it simply pulls her attention away. After using this during a few hours of kennel time, she had an overall much better demeanor during playtime and bedtime because there wasn't lingering anxiety. I cannot recommend this enough!

Well I had high hopes for first day of use for my ADD chiweenie. After a week he's just ignoring it even on the highest setting. Guess I'm gonna have to resort to shock collar

This really works! My retriever loves to bark at anything and everything. He is my entire world, but he gets on my very last nerve. This is a humane way to control his barking and I strongly suggest this collar if you have a barker like me.

Worked for about one day. Then the second dog that was staying with us would bark and set it off as well (my poor dog). Pretty disappointed. I had hopes for it. I am giving it time but so far after almost a week it's not working and we've used both settings to the max as well.

I have a 9pound Bichon puppy and this has worked great. His barking has decreased to only when it is necessary to bark. I wish that it had a way to attach his rabies tag and ID tag. The battery only lasts a few days before needing recharging. I am really impressed with this collar
