I'm not sure who the manufacturer is. I can't test them other than the basic continuity, but they seem legit. I only need a few, but now I'll never run out.

At just over 2 mm these are small and difficult to make out details. In the image you can just see the Cathode mark. It may say T4 in the center but its very faint. The image I posted is magnified a great deal. Without magnification you may not be able to distinguish the anode from the cathode. These are so small that you may need thermal paste and a heat gun to attach them. I do have transistors at 3mm in length. I can solder these by hand but these 4148s are the tiniest components I have.Cheers
