Out of the box they were not the sharpest. They cut paper but the cuts weren't the best looking. They definitely have a ton of power, I could tell by the sound of the arrow hitting the bag. I was surprised that it didn't penetrate all the way through the bag but as you can see in the pics there's a nice big bulge in the back of the bag and a pretty sizable hole in the front. Which led me to believe that they did indeed open after contact. I also came to that conclusion after spending 10 minutes trying to remove it from the bag. Eventually the broadhead and the insert came out of the arrow completely. I was also surprised at how straight it flew. As you can see it was a bullseye at 20 yards. All in all they seem to be really good braodheads and they're tough. After removal it was still pointy at the tip but blades definitely need attention now. I would buy again. Love the look and the accuracy of them and now I can't wait to hit a buck with one! Only reason they're getting 4 and not 5 stars is because of the sharpness. I have no doubt that if these were razor sharp they would've went all the way through my bag. And for that reason they get a 4.

The seem to work great. I would have given them 5 stars but I missed the buck so I don't know how well they would have worked on flesh. I couldn't pull it out of the tree to see either. 1 down 2 more to go.

Do you not waste your money on these they are DULL I could put pressure on every blade on all three and not even begin to make a dent in my finger well never buy any of these again

I used this head on a big bodied buck. Total pass thru. Cut ribs in and out. After I watched video I realized blades were not wrecked. I simply moved fixed blade back to original spot and truly could kill another deer. Won't till I sharpen blades or replace though. Recommend these heads. Nap products are the best.
